I have found this book to highly useful, both personally and professionally and thought I had an obligation to ensure that as many people should be aware of it as possible. It covers a whole host of topics from what the mind does when facing something that comes at us from out of the blue, such as covid-19 or any other chronic condition as well as what you can begin to do about it. Some solutions are immediate. Others are more long term skill development. Truly an amazing book. Get it in paperback so that you can have it with you AND to decrease some of that screen time we are all having to deal with more often than not lately.
